Is Your Practice Giving You Enough Time to Truly Help Your Patients?

Take the 2-Minute Provider Practice & Retreat Readiness Assessment

11 questions · about 2 minutes · For healthcare and wellness professionals

Healthcare is changing.

Patients have more access to health information than ever, including AI. But information alone cannot replace a trusted provider who has time to listen, educate, connect the dots, and guide them.

If you feel rushed by back-to-back appointments, want more meaningful time with patients, or are curious about retreats, group education, integrative care, or collaborative practice models, this assessment was created for you.

Your answers will help identify where your current practice may be limiting you and which practice model may fit what you want next.

What Could a Different Model Create?

  • More meaningful patient relationships
  • More time for education
  • Group support and community
  • Integrative and collaborative care
  • A practice model that does not depend only on adding more appointments

From the founder

Why I Created This

I’m Megan Hormazdi, APRN, FNP-BC, a nurse practitioner working in integrative medicine.

I’ve seen two problems repeatedly: patients often need more education, context, and follow-up than a short appointment allows, and providers often do not have enough time to deliver that level of care.

I also see this in hormone care. Simply ordering hormone levels and prescribing hormones can become another symptom-focused model if we do not also consider the patient’s broader health picture, including metabolic health, thyroid function, sleep, stress, nutrition, lifestyle, medications, risk factors, and appropriate referral or further evaluation.

That led me to explore a different approach: combining stronger integrative clinical education with retreats, group education, community, collaboration, and structured follow-up.

Build experiences worth traveling for.

Retreat Practice Academy™ is exploring how healthcare professionals can create deeper educational experiences and stronger continuity of care through:

  • Educational retreats
  • Group education and follow-up
  • Provider collaboration
  • Community-based support
  • Integrative clinical education
  • Sustainable practice models

Collaborative care across state lines

For providers serving patients who travel, Retreat Practice Academy™ will also explore compliant collaboration models that may help connect patients with appropriately licensed professionals for care that must occur in the patient’s home state.

Retreats do not allow providers to bypass state licensing requirements. A provider may not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or provide telehealth in a state where they are not appropriately licensed or otherwise legally authorized.
